Postpartum: Overcoming Anger
I generally don’t consider myself to be a person who gets angry easily. Trained to be patient Working with kids with special needs for the past 6 years, I really feel like I was in patience training school. No matter how much my hair was pulled, my skin was scratched, or face was spat at, I was able keep my emotions steady. I really felt proud to be working in the field that I’m in and to keep at it to the point where I’m pursuing a higher degree in it. I found that I truly enjoy working with children and teens with behavioral problems and to teach them appropriate…
Do you want more kids?
One of the few questions we get asked here and there. When Paul and I got married almost 4 years ago, we both agreed that we didn’t want to have kids right away, but when we do start having kids, Paul wanted at least 3 children and I wanted 5. The dishes may have piled up over the course of a few days, the laundry might not be folded from last week, toys are still probably all over the floor from the morning, and we don’t always enjoy a home-cooked meal, but the boys are…
Why am I starting a mommy blog?
This is going to be a new adventure for me! Why am I starting a blog? First of all, I want to share in more detail on another platform. I kinda love social media.. well, who doesn’t these days? When I was pregnant, I created an Instagram account dedicated to sharing weekly pregnancy updates. Now, I use it to share fun stories and posts of my boys. Every couple of days, I mass post on Instagram stories. I make highlight folders and go back to them. Every month, I like to update on their developmental milestones and share all their cool, new skills. I also like to share my hardships,…
